Non Alcoholic Aperitif

About Us

Aperitivo with Friends

Why we exist

We were tired of not having adult options to drink at home or out on the town. Current non-alcoholic choices are limited to fizzy drinks, sugar filled "mocktail" juices or water. Haus of Babylon was created out of a need to have an elevated option to serve guests, drink at the end of the day on the couch or choose at a restaurant or bar. We wanted better, so we made it.

WHY BABYLON

Babylon was known as a meeting point for thinkers, creators, inventors and scientists. A city that was a collection of future-oriented dreamers looking to break the mould. That's exactly how we see our company and what we want to bring to our customers.

FAQ's

FAQ's

IS BABYLON REALLY NON-ALCOHOLIC?

Yes! Babylon is a 0.0%ABV non alcoholic drinks line. We spent 18 months crafting a drink that can be enjoyed any time, for all types of people looking to enjoy a guilt free, pleasure filled experience.

HOW IS IT MADE?

Babylon Spritz is a non alcoholic bitter aperitif beverage made with an authentic distillation process . The signature botanicals are measured out and placed in a  vessel whereby they are broken down. After maceration time , the resulting liquid is then distilled and fractionated in a traditional style potstill , similar to alcoholic distillation. The collected liquid is kept as a distillate and is further blended.

HOW DO I STORE IT?

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 4 weeks.

IS THIS A NATURAL DRINK?

We use all-natural flavors  that are globally sourced and blended. We do use two preservatives as we do not have the preserving factor that alcohol provides. We use Potassium Sorbate (a salt) and one of the most widely used preservatives in the world, including by all other non-alcoholic companies. We also use Sodium Benzoate, the first preservative allowed in foods by the FDA and also one of the most common used food additives.
